Welcome to my web site. I represent Western Australian employees and employers in unfair dismissal cases in Western Australia. I am a Western Australian industrial agent who specializes in fair work, employment and workplace law issues in Western Australia including unfair, unlawful and wrongful dismissal cases.
Western Australia is one of the only States in Australia not to have completely transferred its industrial relations system to the Commonwealth of Australia and Western Australia is also one of the only Australian States which maintains a fully functioning State Industrial Relations Commission.
In 1985 I served a stint as Acting President of the Commission.
I was a court lawyer in Western Australia specializing in employment law between 1974 and 2013, when I decided to become a registered industrial agent, in which capacity I now focus on unfair, unlawful and wrongful dismissal cases.
