Here is the liability decision from the trial judge in the Lattouf v ABC case in whch Ms Lattouf sued the ABC in the Federal Court for unlawful dismssal contending that her empoyment as a casual radio jouranlaist was terminated 3 days into a 5 day contracted tenure because of her political opinions about Israel’s military campaign in Gaza following an “orchestrated campaign by pro-Israel lobbyists to have Ms Lattouf taken off air”.
