Fair Work Commission not a court of moral behaviour

The conviction or convictions of an employee for domestic violence, even conduct described as “violent and reprehensible” by the Fair Work Commission in an unfair dismissal case will not necessarily support a dismissal where there is absolutely no connection with the workplace and the employee otherwise has an unblemished record at work.
