I offer a one stop shop for advice about all issues which have consequences and implications out of the employment relationship between an employer and an employee, or principal and independent contractor in the context of the Fair Work Act 2009. Most often the questions which are put to me arise from an employer or an employee wanting to understand their position in the context of a dispute, for example about termination of employment or wrongful dismissal, but not always.
For example, I am often asked by employers and individual employees to advise about the impact of the Fair Work Act on employment negotiations. Or an employer may need the security of having an employee make a high income employee declaration. The law about the validity of these employment conditions is complex and professional advice from a lawyer or an industrial agent should always be sought about them.
I can provide advice on all employment issues which have implications for employers and employees, and can do so quickly, inexpensively and with a minimum of fuss.
If you browse the index of my blog, you will see that I am experienced to offer advice and representation in the facets of the employment legal relationship, whether it be negotiations, enterprise bargaining or disputes. I strive to keep the posts on my blog updated daily, and am mostly successful in achieving that objective.
